I wish to state my disapproval of the Management of the Oak Bay depot at 1771 Elgin Road and request the following:

Stop issuing Oak Bay decals to non-resident businesses and individuals.
Recover all Oak Bay decals that have been issued to non-residents.
Operate the facility as per the Oak Bay Bylaws and Policies.
Modernise the screening of vehicles with a technical solution.
Conduct an external review of Depot operations to eliminate bad and entrenched practices.
